§ 36.159 — GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT MANAGEMENT PLAN FUNDS

The Texas Water Development Board may allocate funds from the water assistance fund to a district to:

(1)conduct initial data collections under this chapter;

(2)develop and implement a long-term management plan under Section 36.1071; and
