View on source(a)A district, or the county or counties where the district is to be located, may pay all costs and expenses necessarily incurred in the creation and organization of a district, including legal fees and other incidental expenses, and may reimburse any person, including a county, for money advanced for these purposes.
(b)Payments may be made from money obtained from the sale of bonds first issued by the district or out of maintenance taxes or other revenues of the district. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Amended by:
