With each application for issuance, renewal, or material amendment of a permit, the applicant shall submit to the railroad commission a nonrefundable fee of $100. Fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the oil and gas regulation and cleanup fund. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
