§ 17.015 — FORM, DENOMINATION, PLACE OF PAYMENT

WA § 17.015Title 2. WATER ADMINISTRATION · Part C. WATER DEVELOPMENT · Ch. 17. PUBLIC FUNDING · Art. B. WATER DEVELOPMENT BONDS

The board shall:

(1)determine the form of the bonds, including the form of any interest coupons to be attached;

(2)fix the denomination of the bonds; and

(3)fix the places of payment of the principal and interest.
