§ 15.734 — USE OF FUND

The board may use money in the fund, unless prohibited by an agreement made with a federal agency under this subchapter, to:

(1)make a plumbing assistance loan;

(2)administer the fund; and

(3)grant or lend money to a political subdivision to defray the political subdivision's expenses incurred in administering a plumbing improvement loan program.
