View on source(a)The board may sell, transfer, or lease, to the extent of its ownership, a project acquired, constructed, reconstructed, developed, or enlarged with money from the storage acquisition fund.
(b)The board shall obtain the approval of the attorney general as to the legality of all contracts authorized under this subchapter to which the board is a party.
