§ 15.113 — INSPECTION OF PROJECTS

(a)The board may inspect the construction of a project any time to assure that:

(1)the contractor is substantially complying with the approved engineering plans of the project; and

(2)the contractor is constructing the project in accordance with sound engineering principles.

(b)Inspection of a project by the board does not subject the state to any civil liability. Formerly Sec. 15.110, added by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., 1st C.S., p. 102, ch. 12, Sec. 1, eff. Nov. 10, 1981.
