View on source(a)In recognition of the importance that the ecological soundness of our riverine, bay, and estuary systems and riparian lands has on the economy, health, and well-being of the state there is created the environmental flows advisory group.
(b)The advisory group is composed of nine members as follows:
(1)three members appointed by the governor;
(2)three members of the senate appointed by the lieutenant governor; and
(3)three members of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.
