(a)Notwithstanding the pricing flexibility authorized by this subtitle, an electing company's rates for private network services may not be increased before January 1, 2016.

(b)An electing company may not assess an entity described by Section 59.072(a) a tariffed special construction or installation charge unless the company and the entity agree on the assessment. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997. Amended by:
