View on source(a)Except as provided by Subchapter E, Chapter 52, basic network services of an electing company are regulated:
(1)in accordance with this chapter; and
(2)to the extent not inconsistent with this chapter, in accordance with:
(A)Subtitle A;
(B)Chapters 51, 54, 60, 62, and 63;
(C)Chapter 52, except for Subchapter F;
