(a)A company shall provide notice of a proposed change to affected customers in the manner prescribed by the commission.

(b)Notice must:

(1)be provided not later than the 10th day before the effective date of the proposed change; and

(2)include:

(A)a description of the services affected by the proposed change;

(B)the effective date of the proposed change;
