The commission may encourage retail electric providers to deliver individualized home electric energy reports to educate consumers about electric energy use and energy efficiency to assist consumers to use energy more efficiently. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 939 (H.B. 3693), Sec. 21, eff. September 1, 2007. This section expired September 1, 2017, according to the date provided by Subsection (m).
