View on sourceIf an electric utility constructing or extending the utility's lines, plant, or system interferes or attempts to interfere with the operation of a line, plant, or system of another utility, the commission by order may:
(1)prohibit the construction or extension; or
(2)prescribe terms for locating the affected lines, plants, or systems.
