§ 35.066 — TERM OF CERTIFICATION

UT § 35.066Title 2. PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATORY ACT · Part B. ELECTRIC UTILITIES · Ch. 35. ENERGY PROVIDERS · Art. C. QUALIFYING FACILITIES

A certification of an agreement granted under this subchapter is effective until the earlier of:

(1)the expiration date of the agreement; or

(2)the 15th anniversary of the date of the certification.
