View on source(a)The commission may use money in the fund without further appropriation to provide grants to be used for transmission and distribution infrastructure and electric generating facilities in this state outside the ERCOT power region for:
(1)facility modernization;
(2)facility weatherization;
(3)reliability and resiliency facility enhancements; or
(4)vegetation management.
(b)In evaluating an application for a grant under this section, the commission:
