View on source(a)The articles of incorporation of an electric cooperative must state:
(1)the name of the cooperative;
(2)the purpose for which the cooperative is formed;
(3)the name and address of each incorporator;
(4)the number of directors;
(5)the address of the cooperative's principal office and the name and address of its agent on whom process may be served;
