View on source(a)As necessary to enhance productivity, the comptroller may employ or contract for the services of accountants, assistants, auditors, clerks, information technology specialists, and investigators to:
(1)provide or use the equipment acquired under Subchapter G; and
(2)assist with the administration of this code.
(b)The comptroller may delegate to persons employed or contracted under this section the power to perform duties as required.
