View on source(a)This section applies only to cargo other than timber or another agricultural product in its natural state transported by a commercial motor vehicle.
(b)A person who weighs cargo before or after unloading shall keep a written record, in the form prescribed by the department, containing the information required by Subsection (c).
(c)A record under this section must state:
(1)the origin, weight, and composition of the cargo;
(2)the date of loading or unloading, as applicable;
(3)the name and address of the shipper;
