§ 601.341 — EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY; TERMINATION OF PENALTY

Unless a person whose driver's license or vehicle registration has been suspended or revoked under this subchapter files and maintains evidence of financial responsibility with the department:

(1)the suspension or revocation may not be terminated;

(2)the driver's license or registration may not be renewed;

(3)a new driver's license may not be issued to the person; or

(4)a motor vehicle may not be registered in the name of the person.
