View on source(a)A person commits an offense if the person violates a provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided.
(b)An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:
(1)a fine not to exceed $500;
(2)confinement in county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days; or
(3)both the fine and the confinement.
