(a)The fee for inspection of a commercial motor vehicle under the program established under Section 548.201 is $50.

(b)Out of each fee for inspection of a commercial motor vehicle, $10 shall be remitted to the state under Section 548.509. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Amended by:
