§ 547.103 — AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT STANDARDS

The department may adopt safety requirements, rules, and specifications that:

(1)apply to air-conditioning equipment; and

(2)correlate with and conform as closely as possible to recommended practices or standards approved by the Society of Automotive Engineers.
