The fee for a registration year for registration of a motor vehicle designed or modified and used exclusively to transport to the field and spread fertilizer, including agricultural limestone, is $75. Transferred and redesignated from Transportation Code, Section 502.164 by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296 (H.B. 2357), Sec. 141, eff. January 1, 2012.
