Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, the board and the department shall deposit all money received from registration fees in the state treasury to the credit of the state highway fund. Transferred and redesignated from Transportation Code, Section 502.051 by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296 (H.B. 2357), Sec. 113, eff. January 1, 2012.
