§ 453.105 — AGREEMENT WITH UTILITIES, CARRIERS

A transit department may agree with a public or private utility, communication system, common carrier, or transportation system for:

(1)the joint use of the property of the agreeing entities in the municipality; or

(2)the establishment of through routes, joint fares, or transfers of passengers.
