§ 452.457 — DELIVERY OF REPORT AND RESPONSE

An authority required by Section 452.454 to contract for a performance audit shall, before February 1 of the year after the fiscal year in which the performance audit is conducted, deliver a copy of each performance audit report and of the authority's response to the report to:

(1)the governor;

(2)the lieutenant governor;

(3)the speaker of the house of representatives;

(4)each member of the legislature whose district includes territory in the authority;

(5)the state auditor;
