§ 441.021 — PETITION FEE

(a)The petition must be accompanied by a reasonable fee in an amount determined by the commission not to exceed $5,000. The commission may not refund the fee or any part of the fee.

(b)The commission shall use the fee to pay costs of processing the petition.
