The department may license or otherwise regulate the erection of a commercial sign that is located within 1,000 feet of the center line of that part of State Highway 288 in the unincorporated area of a county. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Amended by:
