§ 373.054 — REINITIATION OF PROCESS

If the process described by Sections 373.051, 373.052, and 373.053 concludes without the local toll project entity or the department entering into a contract for the construction of the toll project, either entity may reinitiate the process under this subchapter by submitting notice to the other entity in the manner provided by Section 373.051.
