§ 315.044 — OPENING OF BIDS; ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION

(a)Bids shall be opened and read at a public meeting of the governing body of a municipality.

(b)The governing body may:

(1)accept a bid it considers most advantageous to the owners of abutting property; or

(2)reject any or all bids.
