(a)The portion of Farm-to-Market Road 666 in Nueces County between its intersection with State Highway 44 and Farm-to-Market Road 624 is designated as the Kollyn Gene Barton Memorial Highway.

(b)Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:

(1)design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Kollyn Gene Barton Memorial Highway and any other appropriate information; and

(2)erect a marker at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the highway. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 533 (S.B. 312), Sec. 26, eff. September 1, 2017. Amended by:
