§ 21.104 — REVOLVING LOAN FUND

TN § 21.104Title 3. AVIATION · Ch. 21. ADMINISTRATION OF AERONAUTICS · Art. C. AVIATION FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The department shall:

(1)place the principal and interest derived from a loan in a revolving loan fund; and

(2)administer the fund for future loans and their administration.
