§ 21.001 — DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:

(1)"Aeronautics" means:

(A)the art and science of flight of aircraft;

(B)aviation;

(C)the operation, navigation, piloting, maintenance, and construction of aircraft or component parts of aircraft;
