§ 1001.044 — QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

The executive director shall provide to department employees, as often as necessary, information regarding their:

(1)qualification for office or employment under this subtitle; and

(2)responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state employees.
