§ 1001.003 — COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT

The department is composed of an executive director appointed by the board and other employees required to efficiently implement:

(1)this subtitle;

(2)other applicable vehicle laws of this state; and

(3)other laws that grant jurisdiction to or are applicable to the department.
