(a)If the creation of the district is approved at the elections held under Subchapter D-1, Chapter 1004, Section 20c, Chapter 206, Acts of the 61st Legislature, Regular Session, 1969, and Section 1072.021, the following persons shall serve as temporary directors of the Runnels County Hospital District:
(1)Lewis Bergman;
(2)Charles Brown;
(3)Mike Dankworth;
(4)Rodney Flanagan;
(5)Bill Hunter;
