§ 1069.115 — CONTRACTS WITH POLITICAL SUBDIVISION FOR SERVICES

The board may contract with a political subdivision of this state or with a state or federal agency for the district to:

(1)furnish a mobile emergency medical service;

(2)provide for the investigatory or welfare needs of district inhabitants; or

(3)provide a rural health clinic to care for the inhabitants of the contracting political subdivision.
