In this subchapter, "hospital official" means the following officers or employees, or their equivalent, of the teaching hospital described by Section 1053.152(a):

(1)the executive director;

(2)the president;

(3)the chief executive officer;

(4)the chief operating officer;

(5)the chief financial officer;
