§ 1047.058 — MEETINGS

SD § 1047.058Title 3. HEALTH · Part A. HOSPITAL DISTRICTS · Ch. 1047. JASPER HOSPITAL DISTRICT · Art. B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

(a)The board shall:

(1)meet at least once a month; and

(2)hold special meetings as the board considers necessary.

(b)A taxpayer, resident, or interested party:

(1)may attend a board meeting but may not participate in a meeting without the consent of the board; and

(2)may present any matter to the board in an orderly manner.
