(a)The board consists of:
(1)the members of the Commissioners Court of Hood County, including the county judge; and
(2)four persons appointed by the county judge.
(b)One director appointed by the county judge must be:
(1)a doctor of medicine; or
(2)a doctor of osteopathy.
