§ 1035.105 — PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES

SD § 1035.105Title 3. HEALTH · Part A. HOSPITAL DISTRICTS · Ch. 1035. DEWITT MEDICAL DISTRICT · Art. C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The district may provide:

(1)emergency medical services;

(2)home health care services;

(3)long-term health care services;

(4)assisted living services; or

(5)any other appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the district's needs.
