§ 1029.103 — MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

SD § 1029.103Title 3. HEALTH · Part A. HOSPITAL DISTRICTS · Ch. 1029. FOLLETT HOSPITAL DISTRICT · Art. C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The board has full management and control of all district business, including the power to:

(1)negotiate and contract with any person;

(2)purchase or lease land; and

(3)construct, equip, operate, and maintain a hospital system.
