(a)The district is governed by a board of seven directors elected from single-member districts.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 548 (H.B. 4569), Sec. 4, eff. June 10, 2019.
(c)Directors serve staggered four-year terms.
