§ 1019.103 — MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

SD § 1019.103Title 3. HEALTH · Part A. HOSPITAL DISTRICTS · Ch. 1019. DARROUZETT HOSPITAL DISTRICT · Art. C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The board has full management and control of all district business, including the power to:

(1)negotiate and contract with any person;

(2)purchase or lease land;

(3)construct and equip a hospital system; and

(4)operate and maintain the hospital.
