§ 1010.204 — BOND ELECTION

SD § 1010.204Title 3. HEALTH · Part A. HOSPITAL DISTRICTS · Ch. 1010. BURLESON COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT · Art. E. BONDS

(a)The district may not issue bonds unless the bonds are authorized by a majority of the district voters voting at an election held for that purpose.

(b)A proposition to authorize the issuance of district bonds may be submitted at any district election.
