(a)The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries to reimburse the district for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.
(b)The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the state or agency to reimburse the district for the treatment of a sick or injured person.
