§ 1005.052 — ELECTION; TERM

SD § 1005.052Title 3. HEALTH · Part A. HOSPITAL DISTRICTS · Ch. 1005. BAYLOR COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT · Art. B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

(a)Directors are elected from the district at large.

(b)Unless a four-year term is established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code:

(1)directors serve staggered two-year terms; and

(2)an election shall be held on the first Saturday in May of each year to elect the appropriate number of directors.
