To provide joint administration or delivery of health care services, the district may affiliate with or enter into an arrangement with:
(1)a managed care system;
(2)a preferred provider organization;
(3)a health maintenance organization;
(4)a provider of an alternative health care or delivery system; or
(5)a private hospital.
