§ 1001.001 — DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:
(1)"Board" means the board of hospital managers of the district.
(2)"District" means the City of Amarillo Hospital District.
(3)"Governing body" means the governing body of the City of Amarillo.
(4)"Manager" means a member of the board.
