View on source(a)No person may employ another person or be employed by another person for compensation or promise of compensation to hunt any bird, wild fowl, or game animal protected by this code.
(b)If a person testifies against another person who employed him in violation of this section, all prosecutions against him in the case in which he testifies shall be dismissed.
(c)This section does not apply to:
(1)an entity described by Section 43.151(b) that employs a person for compensation or promise of compensation to control by lethal means white-tailed deer as authorized under a permit issued under Subchapter H, Chapter 43; or
